Why Choose Us
We are a Mongolia-based travel team that designs every journey around your interests, pace and budget. From the Gobi to Khövsgöl, we plan transparently and stay with you before and during the trip.
Tailored itineraries built around you
No two travellers want the same Mongolia. We start with a conversation about what draws you here, whether that is the dunes of the Gobi, the lakes around Khövsgöl, the eagle hunters of Bayan-Ölgii or the festivals of Naadam and Tsagaan Sar. From there we shape a route that matches your interests, fitness, travel pace and budget, rather than fitting you into a fixed package. You decide how much time to spend in Ulaanbaatar, how far off the main roads you want to go, and how comfortable you want each night to be.
Local expert guides who know the country
Our guides are Mongolian, grew up with this landscape and travel it year after year. They read the weather, the tracks and the seasons in a way no map can, and they open doors to herder families, monasteries such as Erdene Zuu in Kharkhorin, and quiet places most visitors never reach. Beyond logistics, they translate language and culture so a night in a ger or a stop at a remote ovoo becomes a genuine exchange rather than a photo stop.
Transparent, inquiry-based planning with no booking fees
We work by inquiry, not by online checkout. You send us your dates and ideas, and we reply with a clear, itemised plan so you can see exactly what is included before you commit to anything. There are no hidden booking fees and no pressure to decide on the spot. We would rather adjust a route three times until it is right than push you toward a tour that does not fit. Questions about distances, drive times or comfort levels are always welcome.
Responsible small-group travel
We keep groups small so the experience stays personal and our footprint stays light. Small numbers mean fewer vehicles on fragile grassland, more meaningful time with the families who host us, and a fairer share of your spending reaching local communities. We favour locally owned ger camps and guesthouses, respect sacred sites and wildlife, and follow leave-no-trace habits across the steppe, the Gobi and the mountains of the Altai.
Support before and during your trip
Planning a journey to Mongolia raises a lot of practical questions, and we are here for all of them. Before you arrive we help with route choices, packing for big temperature swings, domestic flight timing and what to expect on long drives, for example around six to seven hours between some destinations. Once you land, your guide and our office stay reachable throughout, so if weather, roads or your own energy change the plan, someone who knows the ground is ready to adjust it.
A travel partner you can trust
Everything we do comes back to one idea: you should feel looked after from the first email to the moment you fly home. We are honest about what is realistic in a given season, we explain the trade-offs of comfort and remoteness, and we plan timing around fixed events such as Naadam from 11 to 13 July. Our aim is a trip that feels effortless to you because the work and the care happened behind the scenes.
